Day 12: Antique Brass Urn

I painted this urn or jar with my flashlight. It's quite tall, up to my elbows in height, and the top can be lifted so one can put things inside. I did peek to see if it was keeping any bone fragments and ashes but it was empty except for a pair of old slippers.
*note* I changed the title from 'Bronze Urn' to 'Antique Brass Urn'. I just discovered there's such a crayon color named 'Antique Brass' and found it more appropriate for this shot.

Wonderful composition here. I think this might be one of my favorites of yours in the series.

Beautiful shot! Love the golden light, and the curve.

Slippers would be one of the most unexpected finds in there...!

(I bought a torch/flashlight yesterday hoping to try this out this month.)

This really came out nice. Great job!
(Also really like Day 8's wicker nibbler)

Wow, that's great lighting on a great subject. I just miss seeing the bottom of it! The golden glow in the darkness is just fab. Well done.
And yes, I agree that slippers would be a most peculiar object to hide in a vase.

In full view this is just stunning. The streaks of light across the finish of the metal is beautiful. I really love this one.
