Day 2: Yellow Green Golden Mean

I twirled a placemat to form a cone and took a shot of it under a lamplight with a flashlight at the end and ta dah!... some strange looking Fibonacci spiral.

Very cool shot! I'm glad you told me what it was, cause that's not what I thought I was looking at!

That's some awesome perspectivey sort of feeling. Great stuff. Love the effect of that lighting. I thought it was the inside of a waffle (or some such) ice cream cone! Lovely stuff. And a perfect Golden Mean!

Wonderful example of Golden Mean. I hope you're going to enter something into that contest. Too bad we've seen this...it's a winner! Great photo!

Neato! The simplest things are so unique when captured like this. :)

Great abstract and very nice portrayal of the golden mean.

I love this - it would fit the current "golden rule" contest really well, too. Beautiful lines and colors.

This is a sweet photo, Whalelight!

Amazing what images you can find around the house if you know where to look. (I never would have thought of something like this).
